DARIS

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo

T he vineyard that we have dedicated to our DARIS wine is one of the last to be harvested after a careful thinning out and meticulous selection of grapes. The wine is a deep red colour with slight garnet nuances boasting lingering, complex and full notes that are fruity, floral and spiced. The palate begins with decisive yet delicate, rich and lingering flavours. The finish offers balanced notes of fruit preserves on the nose. It is a complex wine that is at its best when paired with roasted, braised and grilled red meats, fowl and sharp cheeses. Excellent also with woodsy mushrooms like the 'porcini' and spit-roasted lamb.

Keep in a dark place at: 16°C.
