D eep red in colour with light orange nuances, it boasts an intense and lingering bouquet with spiced notes of vanilla, cinnamon and licorice. A long wine with good structure and just the right amount of tannin, it is wonderfully toasty on the palate. Excellent with hearty appetizers like aged salami and ripe cheeses. It brings life to pasta dishes with meat sauces, mushrooms and truffles and pairs beautifully with main courses of either red meat or wild fowl.

Keep in a dark place at: 16°C.

Serve at: 16-18°C
